All fields are now open and ready for play or practices. Please note the changes to the passer fields layout. The city is laying a new water line through the fields, construction for this started Monday, which was earlier than we had been advised. Due to the storm we were unable to move the fields as planned on Sunday, which was partly why we had the fields closed Monday and Tuesday. Thanks you for the patients and understanding that most of you showed.
It has been tough for us to get the word out in a timely manner due to the power outages. It was also a strain on the organization to move all of the fields on time, with most of us struggling with the power outages and downed trees as were most of you. Again thanks for the understanding and appreciation of our efforts that most of you have shown.
The new water line project means that you cannot access the fields from Eagle Land. Only field P6 can be accessed and it can only be accessed via Eagle Land. If you have a game on any field other than P6, please do not park at Eagle Land. There is fencing being erected to keep the kids off the construction. Please do not allow any of the kids near or on the construction if the fencing is not yet in place.
We hope normalcy returns soon and wish all the best of luck in repairs and clean up.
